Hi all,
Last weekend, we updated Jira and JSM to the latest LTS versions:
Jira Software and Jira Core from v8.20.2 to v9.4.8
Jira Service Management from v4.20.2 to v5.4.8
Everything is working fine, except the CSAT emails sent to users on ticket resolution. After the update, the formatting of this email has changed, the font is different, and the stars don't align properly any more. I cannot find any way to adjust this myself.
This issue is apparent for all users, and the problem remains also when opening the email in a web browser.
I have pasted a picture of how it used to display, and how it is now displaying, please see below.

I would "vote" that it affects you, and then watch this bug for more updates.
