Hi all,

Is anyone using Jira Cloud also using the RCA plug-in?

I'd be keen to understand how to work with Atlassian to trial this.

All apps in the marketplace allow you to install and use for a trial period of 30 days.   This is a great way to test out an app and see if it meets your needs.  If you referring to this app https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1212562/root-cause-analysis?hosting=server&tab=overview  it is not available on cloud so you would not be able to try it out, unfortunately.
