Jira Reports

I have few requirements for Jira dashboard gadgets mentioned below. Can anyone please help me how to achieve them. In case if these are not exactly achievable, at least some suggestion of gadgets that can be used to nearly achieve these.

1. Backlog (%) = Number of backlog incidents at the end of the reporting period * 100 / ( Number of open incidents carried forward from previous reporting period + Number of incidents received during the reporting period )

2. Ticket Volume reduction = Measure of the reduction in the number of incidents as part of the quarterly trend

3. Time to Response (%) = Percentage of tickets responded within the contractual SLA target.

4. Time to Resolved (%) = Percentage of tickets responded within the contractual SLA target.

5. Incident Backlog (%) = Number of open incidents beyond SLA at the end of the reporting period * 100 / ( Number of open incidents carried forward from previous reporting period + Number of incidents received during the reporting period )
