I think I have permissions set properly to create issues, browse projects, add comments, etc. but my portal user cannot see any dropdowns on my portal form. These are not user-picker fields. Thoughts?
Hi @Gail
Can you share any screenshots of your portal and the request type portal view?
For the portal fields you will need to select them from the request type forms in addition to adding them to the screens.

Sure. I only have 1 request type right now. A field example is included as well.
I have a bunch of other portal and forms. This happened one time, but I cannot remember how I fixed it.
The person testing has permissions to BROWSE PROJECTS, CREATE ISSUES, and the usual add/edit/delete own comments and attachments.

So you are using forms. On the form where the drop down exists you need to link it to the request type. You should find the options in the forms settings.

Does the form populate in the customer's portal? You mean you can see other fields but not the drop-down fields?
