Jira service desk sla issue
Hi all,
on the same status How to start SLA after pausing for 1 hour and it sholud start from same goal.
Time to resolution:
1. starts= open, goal=2h
2.paused= waiting for customer (1:45m remaining time) actual time spent on it(15m).
out of 1.45m after 15m automatically the timer should starts and work for remainign time(1:30m)
3.stops= resolution has to set.
