On the client view in JIRA Service Desk, when a client positions the mouse cursor over an option on the 'Requests' view, the option 'disappears'.
Some of our clients are very frustrated by this. I can reproduce this in our Prod environment but do not know how to resolve it.
In our Dev environment, the same issue does not occur. I have compared both environments and I can't see any difference.
I am perplexed at this stage.
Any assistance would be appreciated.

Hi Jason,
We had the same problem and it was we set up the portal incorrectly. Configuring the Portal make sure the colors aren't the same for Highlights and Text on Highlights and Text.
