Related task:
When an author or approver writes a comment to a task via mail or portal, and the task status was “Closed,” the ticket is reopened, the status changes to “Reopened,” and a comment is sent to the parent task about the re-opening of the related task.
What is the problem :
I don't know how to specify a smart value in automation for a specific related task that has changed since there can be multiple related tasks.
I tried a lot, for example, if you use {{issuelinks}}, then in the comments there will be links to all related issues, but I need a specific one.
Please tell me the solution.
