Modify Asset Import

Hi All!

Is there a way to modify the Jira Asset CSV Import?

I wanted to import a CSV file and this contains among others the names of the users. However, they do not have the correct format and thus the assignment to the attribute type User does not work. They are in a format like this: COMPANYNAME\SIMPSONS Bart

Is there a way to modify the import so that "COMPANYNAME\" will be ignored?
