Moving tickets from an old system: how do I add customers emails without making them....

I don't want to add 1 time customers to my system the way it seems to want me to add them. When someone emails in it works as I need it to. But as I'm trying to import customers from our old system I'm not finding how I can add their email or make them the one I am responding to everything is coming to me.

For clarity these are imported from Trello.

I must confess that I'm not sure if I completely understood the problem you are facing, but it seems you are looking for a way to bulk add your customers in a single shot without needing to add them one-by-one in your Jira Service desk. Is that correct?

The options available to bulk add customers depends if you are using Jira Cloud or Server. I suggest you take a look at the documentation below and what would be the best option for you to bulk add your customers:

Since you mentioned that you are trying to export the users from Trello, do you have a list of the e-mail addresses you want to export?

If you have, you can simply separate it by ";" and past in the "Add customer" box, as in the screenshot below:
