I have the next situation.
In portal Form i have 2 fields: Approvers and Backup Approvers(user picker) that users are completing. Also i have a field Document single selection with values: X and Y . For X the approver should be Ben and for Y should be Ray. After this the ticket should be approve by the Approver or backupApprover that the user have selected.
How can i keep the value for Approvers and Backup Approvers as original and also set Ben or Ray initial approvers base on user selection for field Document.
I am using Automation for Jira
