How do we setup NPS on Jira service desk cloud?

Not a very user friendly set up but works as intended.

There is currently no support NPS add-on for Jira available, but you could have a look at the build in Customer Satisfaction (CSAT).
New service desk projects automatically collect customer feedback. Project administrators can turn customer feedback on or off for a project:

Thanks for the info. Do you know if we can write scripts to invoke a NPS survey from Jira to any NPS provider (Medallia, wootric, etc)?
