OAuth 2.0 Integration successful, but email channel can't connect

Hello,

We are migrating to Outlook365 and I need to switch over all of my Service Desk Projects. I've set up the OAuth 2.0 Integration and the tests succeed, but when I go to a JSD Project and switch over to Microsoft using MicrosoftOAuth it fails with, "OAuth token not defined for connection. OAuth Authorisation required."

I'm using https://outlook.office.com/IMAP.AccessAsUser.All as my only scope.

I'm not sure where to look next. Any thoughts?

I'm not getting an error, mine all seems to be connected, but it still doesn't seem to be processing the emails into requests
