On the presentation videos, you claim ITIL workflows for Service Desk as "out of the box". I can't find it in our installation, please help.

Look here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4ndSvMCEfZk&feature=youtu.be

Where are the ITIL workflows? I can't see any. Thanks!

What version are you using?

Hi!

JIRA Service Desk 3.2.1

JIRA Software 7.2.0

When I create the Service Desk project "IT Service Desk", I get much simpler workflows for Change, Incident, Problem, Service Request as shown on the videos.

Thanks for the response!

Hmm.  I think the ones in the video have been modified - the flows distributed for ITIL are pretty simple.

Hm pretty misleading usage of "out of the box" term then. Thank you anyways.

The ones that are "out of the box" are ITIL certified - minimal, yes, but they had to meet the criteria to be able to claim the certifications.
