The customer portal I'm building in Jira Service Desk has just two options:
The WebHook I've established between Jira and PagerDuty should fire for EVERY issue created in my project. However, it never fires for one from a Service Request and only fires for certain Incident Requests, depending on which Workflow I'm using. This inconsistency doesn't make sense. I need to solve this.
Might anyone else have experienced this phenomenon?
