ProForma is disabled for some projects

Nic October 26, 2021 edited

We are trying to evaluate ProForma for use in our Cloud installation.

On the configuration page, I have selected enabled Projects: Enable By Default, and enabled Performa for all of our projects.

However, on the Forms page,  form creation is only enabled for a handful of our projects:

We would like to enable form creation on all projects.  How do we make this happen?

Hi @Nic ,

I would contact pro forma directly for a faster response.  Maybe there is a hidden setting somewhere.

ProForma is owned by Atlassian, so their support link lands here.

Oh yes, I forgot that they were acquired.

One question, what kind of form are you adding that you need it for every project? The reason I ask is that it affects performance because the issue will load the proforma sections by default.

We do not want it on every project, in reality.  However, we *should* be able to configure it that way and have it work.

@Nic - this looks like it might be a permissions issue. Have a look at the ProForma permissions troubleshooting page here:

Let me know if that helps. If not, we can work through it.

@Peter Preston thanks, I'll take a look at this.

It was indeed a permissions problem.

You need to be a project administrator for the given project.  Being as site admin does not grant access.   @Peter Preston thanks for the help.
