We are planning to implement end to end Asset monitoring and Patch Management which includes monitoring tool which will generate a notification if any asset stop working and the same notification will create a ticket in Jira Service management.
Can you please help in sharing the guides if available and how we can use the APIs or any other methods to achieve the same.

Which monitoring tool(s) are you using? Are you integrating Jira Service Management Premium Assets (cloud or data center?) with Opsgenie for alert management?
