Hello all, we are using Insight cloud to manage our network equipment & inventory. Currently we have some automation rules in Jira that create JSM incidents when receiving web hook alerts from our network controller. For this example I will reference Switch (insight object) and AP (insight object) - this last one contains an attribute called Upstream switch which is a dependency outbound reference to the Switch object.
When an incident is raised by these rules, a custom insight field is set with the device name.
We would like to link one or more ap incidents to 1 switch incident, when these AP insight objects have the same outbound reference to the switch object.
Any ideas on how to achieve this is much appreciated.
