Hello,
We are currently using the "Refined" application for our service management customer portal on the request view. Refined has a feature to add SLA timers on the server/ DC application but they do not yet have that feature for Jira Cloud.
Is there a plugin similar to Refined that would have that sort of functionality on Cloud?
Below is what we are trying to accomplish for Jira Cloud:

Hello,
You can use our app Extension for Jira Service Management. One of the features is the possibility to show SLA on the request details view. Under project settings, you can define which SLA and on which request types you want to display.
Natively, such option is not available.
Best regards

Hi Katarzyna,
Thanks for your response. For the "Extension" application, is it possible for customers to run a report within the portal on their tickets? Such as the SLA, status of tickets, etc.

Hello!
I understand your need to display SLA timers on the Jira Service Management customer portal in Jira Cloud. While the Refined app offers this feature for Server/Data Center, it currently lacks this functionality for Jira Cloud.
To address this gap, you might consider our app, Elements Overview. It allows you to customize the customer portal by displaying essential information, such as SLA metrics, directly on the request view. This enhancement provides your customers with real-time insights into their requests, improving transparency and satisfaction.
Here's a quick preview of how it could look like with a very simple use-case:
