Hello,
I am trying to modify the Request Type for service desk issues that are created through email. When googling for a couple hours now, the solution suggests that we go to the email request on project's setting and there supposed to be three dots to click and then choose the request type from a dropdown. The problem I'm facing is that there is no three dots anywhere or any other means to edit the request type. The email address seems to be the only field that can be edited.
Would anyone know what the issue might be?

Just an update that we removed the email request entirely and then added it back and it worked. For an issue type to be selectable as email request type, it has to have summary and description mandatory and the rest can be optional.

Ah, my bad, you are on server. I don’t have access to play with that unfortunately. Did you try the Edit link that is shown? How about in the Request types page? Also check out support.atlassian.com and search documents
