Hello,
I would like to create a query to get all my tickets with any comment added by a user that is not:
- reporter
- a Request participant
- observer
in that ticket.
So, a Jira user that is not at all related with the ticket but He/She has added a comment inside that ticket.
Can that query be created?
Thank you
@Alberto T., the tricky part is the ‘commented by’ requirement. OOTB there isn’t the support you will need for this. I think you may be able to accomplish via an addon like Scriptrunner using issueFunction in commented but I have not tried this myself.
@Alberto T., JQL is actually very powerful IMO but certainly there are limitations that I would like to see filled. You are welcome to accept the answer but only if you feel your question is indeed answered.

Thank you Jack for yor quick response!
Should I accept your answer as the unique solution? Then I think JQL is very limited.
