Hi All,
Custom fields are not added in a customer request form but after creating a issue, unnecessary fields are shown in agent view of the issue.
These custom fields have default values and they are made required in one customer form.
But the required form is not having the fields.
Please help me on this.

You should add a Context to the custom fields to further narrow down where those fields are shown.
I think you should check the fields in 'Request form' in the Request type. Maybe there are some fields which is chosen 'Hidden' and have the 'Default text' like the picture below
You should remove the hidden fields.
