Is there a way to get a list of customers that are using Service Desk in JIRA cloud?

Hi,

In Site administration » Jira Service Desk » Portal only customer, you will find every customer of your Jira Service Desk application. This doesn't count your users (Jira or Confluence).

You can also have the list of customer per project directly in the customer tab of your Jira Service Desk project. But you can't export them from here.

Is that on the cloud version? I have the setting from your second sentence, but nothing else.

Yes it is. 

However you need to be site-admin to access to the site administration interface.
