Customise Service Desk Customer Portal

Hello everyone,

I just wanted to ask if there is a way to hide the links on the service desk portal? Basically, we have our own service desk that looks like the one bellow and we want to keep it that way, however, we have created another service desk portal project and we wish to remove the links above and also customise the header of the page. Do you think this is possible?
