Hi Atlassian ,
Is there a way I can add an new column in the request page? The purpose is the show the progression of the incident ticket in jira.
Meaning issue ticket A in service desk is link to ticket B in jira. The request page will show the status of ticket B.
Hi @Olga Videc,
What I meant was the page from service portal page, "my request" menu. In that page to show the extra column shown in the above eample

While you cannot natively edit the header why not start with this:
You can re-map the default workflow statuses to more customer friendly statuses that will appear for customers, and you can also map multiple statuses to a single customer status to simplify the appearance of the workflow. Use the Workflow Statuses tab to customize the workflow that customers will see.

Hello,
As Atlassian do not offer this in their Requests page, we have created an add-on for that - Advanced Portal Reports. There you get a new reports page, where you can give the customers possibility to see all kinds of fields for the issues, sort columns, export to CSV, etc. Hope that helps.

Hi, from 4 years into the future. I am brand new to Jira and cannot find the area to which you refer. Does it still exist? Thanks in advance.
