We are currently using the Jira Service Desk portal, we are adding users to the Organization section so users can able to view each other tickets, so far this is good, but users are confusing with the organization option, so how can I disable the organization name from the user profile, I do not want to delete the Organization, but I just wanna disable the option from the portal, please find the screenshot.

Thanks so much for your question.
Unfortunately, JSM DC does not allow to hide or show specific organizations from the user profile menu. If you want, you can raise this as a feature request on https://jira.atlassian.com/ and vote on it to help our Project Managers to understand the demand.
