Does Jira Sevice Desk 4.6.1 work with Jira Software & Core 7.13.1?

I do not see an upgrade path or documentation except to just download and install the .bin.

Will this auto replace the current Jira Service Desk we have up and running? or add another Jira Service Desk.

Any assistance would be appreciated.

Hi there,

Jira Service Desk 4.x is not compatible with Jira Core 7.x. You can refer to this matrix for list of compatible versions between Jira Core + Jira Software + Jira Service Desk:

To answer your question, manually installing JSD 4.6.1 will override your existing JSD installation. I'm not sure if JSD will continue working with your version of Jira Software as I haven't tried upgrading incompatible versions of JSD with Jira Software.
