We don't have a proxy or load balancer. We set the session timeout to 900. We are receiving the message: "Error: The security token was missing or invalid. Try refreshing the page". This is with a simple custom form that was created and is accessed on the Help Center Page. When the page is refreshed, the data disappears. When the data is reentered, the problem reoccurs.
We are on the cloud and one of our portal users got this error message when trying to submit a ticket by filling out a form. Tried another form received "Couldn't send request The security token was missing or invalid. Try refreshing the page"

Can you please check if the Base URL matches the Portal link you are trying to access?
Can you try full re-indexing the instance?
