The mail handler is processing incoming e-mail successfully, yet no issues are created.
What steps are possibe for an error analysis ?
Hmm...withoud restarting or doing anything, e-mail processing now works again. Strange.
is there anything in the email logs? project settings > email requests > view logs

Hi,
in my service desk project under project settings > email requests there is no option "view logs". I can however see under Administration > Applications > Service Desk > E-Mail Requests see the protocol of the email adress. Everything looks fine there.
