Is there a way to manipulate what displays on notifications when customer or infomc updates a ticket. I don't which to disable the function, but have it sent notification that a ticket was updated but with no other information. Just the Jira number and ticket updated nothing else.
Current function: Notification comes through with Jira ID and update, meaning that it displays the update.
Preferable function: Notification comes through with Jira ID and that it was updated and nothing else, user will have to login to portal to view update.
Is this possible???

Go to your JSD project --> Setting --> Customer notification and then click "Edit template" and there you can set what information are going to be shown.
