How do I end emails that notify me of every update related to a ticket I have created on JIRA? My work email is backed up with JIRA related emails and it is effecting my work flow. I know other co-workers have this same problem. Can it be fixed?

Hi Timothy,
With Jira Service Desk you can go to the ticket in your portal and click 'Don't Notify Me' - you won't get e-mails about the request except when it's resolved.
If you're a participant on a ticket and don't want to be, you can go to the ticket in the portal, and on the right side under 'Shared With', remove yourself.
Jira & Jira service desk notifications are determined at a project level - if this is a wider trend, you'd want to work with your Jira/project admins to discuss making your notification scheme/customer notifications less noisy.

Journeys is a brand new feature in Jira Service Management that helps you streamline various processes in your organization that may cross multiple departments, such as employee onboarding or off-boarding that require action from different teams. ✨
