×Hi All,
We are currently researching the options to generate automatic data export from Jira Service Desk towards Tableau as we use Tableau as our center point for reporting.
We are considering AIO Tableau but want to make sure that this is the right decision. What are the biggest difference between exporting via the AIO Tableau Connecter and exporting directly from Jira Service Desk towards and CSV and then importng that CSV into Tableau?
Obviously the main difference is the amount of manual actions and automating these "data exports" but besides that, what are the benefits of using the connector except for decreasing the manual actions?
Thank you in advance.

Hi Howard,
Thanks so much for your question.
It sounds like this question is mostly related to the Tableau integration that this plugin offers. As this is a connector for Jira/JSD, we recommend that you contact the owner of the plugin as they will be best placed to answer this question.
Thank you,
Yann
