Form Builder that will update an Asset Schema

I want to create an Admin portal that allows data owners to enter information into an easy form that will write the information to an asset schema's object.

I am looking for add-ons or any tips on the best way to approach this.  This is to prevent users from having to enter data directly into the asset schema.

@Crystal Rouse Hi, did you get this implemented. I am working on with similar request and  keen on any ideas about what are the best ways to provide Application managers method for updating objects the are responsible but they are not JSM agents.
