How To Create Dashboard to show number of incidents logged by Organizations

I would like to create a chart in dashboard to show the number of incidents logged per Organizations per Issue Type

information I need looks like this

Is organization field available to be used in filter statistics

JIRA doesn't have a chart like that.  You could try the "filter statistics" one to get close though, or for a completely accurate one, a "2d stats" with one axis for issue type and the other organisation
