Hi Charalambos,

It is possible to show a hyperlink in a portal by adding the link in a request type visible field under Field help (Optional field).

The link will be shown below the field.

Thanks. Can a URL be configured in the Visible fields section as well? I'm trying to do this using the suggested format but it only shows the text written out and not a URL. Thank you
