Hi everyone,
We're using JSM Cloud and have both a Sandbox environment and a Prod environment.
Something weird I've noticed is that in the Sandbox, the reporter field shows as "Raise this request on behalf of" and when you type in a name it will show their email address
However in our production environment it says "Reporter" and you can't see the email address.
This is an issue as we have several customers who have the same name, and we can't tell which one is which unless we can see their email address.
There must be a difference to the configuration somewhere but I can't figure it out. Anyone know?
I've looked at the issue types and request types in both environments and compared them but I must be missing something!
Contacted support and they have logged a bug for this issue.
