I have multiple processes to add approvers to an existing list, but when there are no approvers none of my processes add users to the approvals list. How can I add users to the Approvals list manually? I have workflows in place to handle this, but some tickets were broken over the weekend with an update that was implemented and I need to manually add users to the list.

For anyone who finds this down the line here is the solution:

  1. Identify the field your workflow is referencing for the approval in the status that is stuck
  2. Optional - Add the field to the edit screen
  3. Add the appropriate users to the field the workflow is using for approval

In the 3-dot-menu in the upper right corner of the ticket, you can select "find my field".  Type in "approver" and read if it is available / enabled / visible.

If it is available you can add the approver to the field.
