How to get the setup completed?

I have added in the customer and group in the organization, but still failed to get the icon checked. Any idea on this? Thanks in advance.

Hey Yi Voon,

Looks like this is only available in Atlassian Cloud.

As I checked with our Cloud team, for that specific task, you may need to add new customer and/or create new organization. Adding existing customer/organization may not help fulfill the task.

Can you try that and see how it goes?

Hey Yi Voon,

I can fulfill the task with these steps:

  1. From Customers page, click Add organizations and create a new one that doesn't already exist (e.g. Test Org)
  2. On the same page, click Add customers and enter an email address that doesn't belong to any existing customer/user (e.g. test@localhost.adm), then click Add to organization (same pop-up window) and add this new customer to the new organization in step 1

If you did it differently, can you try the above steps?
