I want to resent satisfaction mail at end of week as a reminder

Hi Pavan,

You might want to check out CSAT for JIRA & Service Desk.

There are two features that you might be interested in

1) Manually resending survey - Screen Shot 2019-02-26 at 4.52.59 PM.png

2) Email Batching - this batches existing tickets reminders to reporter to make sure all their tickets get a rating

Hi Pavan,

There is currently no setting to resend the customer satisfaction mail except the default which is sent after request is resolved. There is already a ticket raised for this request in Atlassian support.  Ticket for your reference -> Resend customer satisfaction (CSAT) feedback for multiple times
