does anyone know about JIRA chatbot integration? I mean AI solution, software that is capable of having a conversation with a human.

It is a pre-packaged Virtual Agent. We have a no-code platform. You can access our back office to train the virtual agent with your company data.

We had a working proof of concept with dialogflow.

We used slack as chat tool and even a google assistant.

 

It worked fine, but it never went in to production.
