I am unable to add the email

Hello team,

i am trying to setup email channel using official email address.

account is basically outlook.office365.

following error gets pop up

Unfortunately JIRA couldn't connect to the mail server. Here is what the mail server said: "Logon failure: unknown user name or bad password." Check out our troubleshooting docs for help resolving the issue. 

i tried with all email protocol

@Sachin Kulkarni , have you verified that you can actually log into the email using the username/password by adding the account to your outlook instance?

The following works for me.

yes, its configured & working fine in my outlook
