Is it possible to put estimation for Jira Service Desk tickets, like we have in the Jira issues? So you can put estimation how much time you need for that ticket. I searched the internet, but cannot find answer to this question. I'm talking about Jira Service Desk installation on Server, not Cloud.

try to add the field "Time Tracking" to the screens that you want. After this you can see it & use it :)

Here is a sample. Go to the project SD settings -> choose the screens where you want to add it. And then type Time Tracking -> add.

Quick guess, because the Original Estimate field has no value i think.
