After upgrade the server to the new version 8.3.0 I can't see my projects in the app.
I received this message: "Can't show the issue at this time, the app doesn't support Jira Service Desk Projects"
But in the Beta version (TestFlight) was able to see all the projects : \
I got this message on the latest beta, while using 8.2 & thought this was fixed with the release of the public (non-beta) app. Sounds very disappointing... Service Desk projects are THE use case for our company. Nobody need s a scrum/kanban board on an iPhone...

We just upgraded to Jira 8.3.1 partly in an attempt to get the mobile app working again after the beta expired. Much to my annoyance, I now find that none of our Service Desk projects can be displayed in the app, whereas in the beta they could.
I have to say, Atlassian seems to have botched the rollout of this mobile app pretty badly.
