Hi,
We recently installed JSD. Now, when an agent attaches a file to a JIRA ticket, the customer cannot dpwnload or open this attachment via the portal. They can see the name of the attachment in text format, but that is it.
Similarly, if a customer uploads an attachment, they can only see the name of the attachment post uploading, whereas the agent can view the file.
Does anyone know why this is happening?
Thanks,
Jason
Hi Jason,
I'm suspecting that the comment field renderer is set to Default text renderer instead of Wiki style renderer so the field is not able to render the attachment. See Configuring renderers
