Jira Service Desk Banner not Visible for logged In Customers

Hello,

I have a strange "problem". The Jira Service Desk Banner is not visible for logged in Customers.

The banner itself is rendered as background of a div:

<div class="cv-bg-image" style="background-image: url(&quot;/rest/servicedesk/1/bannerImage?1556194110268&quot;);"></div>

But for logged in customers there is a 302 redirect to their own customer Portal Page for the image File.

Does anyone has the same problem or a solution for me?

My installation is doing the same thing.  I'm assuming there is some sort of permissions issue, but I don't know where to fix it.
