×Hi, we have an issue about our jira servicedesk knowledge base. It can be linked to a confluence space without any issue. In Service desk homepage, after entering some characters in search field, all related pages can be displayed, but when clicking any result page, it will display a blank page. See attached images.
Our environment is as below:
Jira: 6.1.3
Confluence: 5.3.4
ServiceDesk:1.2.6.1
I have the same problem.
When i select a knowledge base article only a white page with the title ist shown.
Jira und Confluence are running on different instances and are located behind an https proxy.
The application link uses the adress of the https proxy.
Does someone has any other idea?
Im getting same experience exactly. Does anyone have any suggestions on what it could be?

Hi Roman, We have resolved the issue. It is because JIRA is with https while confluence was not. You need to update your browser to enable displaying unsecured contents. Otherwise, you can update your confluence to https as well. Cheers

Thanks, i thought that as well, and we did put it under https, but it didn't work at first. What i did then is removed the old connection to confluence KB from service desk and readed it and it started working. I think jira was caching old http url even thought application link and confluence was already under https.

Yes, you are right. After https change, you need to unlink KB and link it again.

Hello,
I have the same issue with JIRA 6.2.4 and Confluence 5.5. Were you able to solve this?
Thanks

The issue hasn't been resolved as I get another issue that jira and confluence totally lost communication...
