We have our jira service desk set up to pull emails from gmail and create tickets for them. Looking at logs today, we have no signs of activity since January 24th, 2019. Running a test (Applications/Email requests) of any of our service desks shows that there are no problems found, but it is still not checking the gmail inbox or giving me any errors or logs. I've attempted to delete the email for one of our service desks and re-add it but that has not resolved the issue.
Spoke to soon, just got into the office to find that our tickets are not visible on the web client but are on the mobile app.
Our live and my Dev Jira started picking up emails again on Saturday morning.
All good this morning, other than the 67 tickets we are waking up to!

Hello,
Hahahahhaha. I know the feeling. The thing is that the affected emails on 8th are not fetched though but new ones are working as expected.

Based on their status page they said that the issue is resolved but ours is not yet fixed. Is yours @Phill Purnell fixed or still facing the issue?

Hi,
Happening with my live and dev environment, emails sitting in the inbox and not coming through no errors on the logs.
I have raised a P1 with Atlassian not heard anything back yet.

This happened on our own mail server as well all of a sudden today. Same exact behavior so my guess is that email requests on Jira Service Desk are having an issue at the moment.
