Mail template are different as same JSD version

Hi, my POC and Prod JSD email template are different...

POC and Prod JSD version both are 4.5.1

This is POC mentions mail, seems like old version mail template:

Thanks so much for your question.

There are two types of notifications in Jira and they're based on different templates. It looks like you’re seeing the difference between the two templates across your POC and Prod instance. The difference is depends on whether batched notifications is enabled or disabled.

It’s possible that batched email notifications has been disabled on your POC instance, which is why you’re seeing the different email format. You can enable batched email notifications in the configuration - check out this documentation for help. The emails should then appear in the same format as your Prod instance.
