I can recommend this app - https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1217893/nps-survey-for-jir

Not a very user friendly set up but works as intended.

Hi @Jon Yong,

There is currently no support NPS add-on for Jira available, but you could have a look at the build in Customer Satisfaction (CSAT).

 

New service desk projects automatically collect customer feedback. Project administrators can turn customer feedback on or off for a project:

  1. Select Project settings > Satisfaction settings.
  2. Turn on Collect customer satisfaction feedback
  3. Optionally, edit the Question phrase to suit your service desk environment. This phrase appears in the resolved issue notification message that customers see.

Hi Stefan,

Thanks for the info. Do you know if we can write scripts to invoke a NPS survey from Jira to any NPS provider (Medallia, wootric, etc)?
