I am not able to add/see created fields while editing request type .
I want to add a new request type for a project. I created custom fields/schemes/screens/issue type etc. But still I am not able to see the new fields to add in request type.
Hi Chris, you need to add the fields to the screen (create) first. If you go to the project settings > screen you should be able to edit the appropriate screen and simply added the created fields. Then return to project settings > request types and edit the fields and add the new fields.
Thanks for your reply. I had a different issue. I accidentally created multiple issue type schemes and the actual scheme had got project revoked from it as we can just have 1 scheme for 1 project.
