ProForma alternatives

I am looking for ProForma alternatives, as for our use-case its missing some important features:

1. Unable to directly translate field titles, field description. We are currently using "language1 / language2" method, which isn't looking good visually.

2. Unable to create any report or statistics with using ProForma fields or content, as it basically is a simple pdf attached to the ticket.

We are mainly using ProForma for conditional fields, but it has downsides for our needs. So the alternative should definitely have conditional fields function.

Could You suggest any alternatives for JSM Data Center?

If you're looking for apps to create dynamically displayed fields, you can try our Extension for Jira Service Management. To translate these elements you can configure translations available natively in the service project: Project settings > Language support.

Could you please explain what do you expect from "create any report or statistics"?

I mean it is impossible to have any statistics or report in the future for a specific field or field value from ProForma form, as it is not Jira native field. I hope this clears things out for You.

OK. I'm not familiar with ProForma, so I don't know how it works technically in this app. In the Extension, we use system and custom fields which you have in Jira, so you can use their values in filters, dashboards, gadgets etc. Please look at our feature Dynamic Forms.
